南诏铁柱及其文化初探

南诏铁柱是南诏时期留下的著名文物,本文从铁柱的立柱情况以及与铁柱相关传说的考释出发,提出了铁柱已不仅仅作为崇德报功之物存在,还是白族人民对其它多种文化吸收、容纳和创新的历史见证。成都武侯建柱的传说与蜀汉文化的传入,儒、释、道三家思想的融会与大黑天神的创新,独具特色的白族本主文化以及白族自身发展的历史足迹等都印在了南诏铁柱的祭柱文化中。

Nanzhao Iron Post is a famous cultural relic passed down from Nanzhao Kingdom. Not only a symbol of the Bai's virtue worship and victory report, this writing suggests that Nanzhao Iron Post is also a historical evidence of the Bai s absorption, tolerance and innovation of other cultures. The legend of Wuhou Post in Chengdu and the introduction of Shu and Han culture, the blend of Confucian, Buddhist and Taoist ideas, Bai's ancestor worship and tracks of the Bai history, all are embodied in the culture to offer sacrifices to the Post.
