WTO and Reconstruction of China's Social Security system

加入WTO对中国社会保障制度提出了挑战。本文就失业、国企改革和人力资源流动对社会保障制度建立的影响进行了分析 ,并提出了重构社会保障制度的几条思路。

China's entrance into WTO challenges her social security sysytem. This paper analyzes the challeges for the social security sysytem concerning with the unemployment, reforms of the state owned enterprises and the circulation of the labour force and material resources,and suggests a few ways to reconstruct our country's social security system
