摘要
文章认为碳氮共渗渗层出现黑色组织 ,是因为钢中合金元素与氧的亲和力比基体金属大 ,引起内氧化 ,导致淬透性下降造成的。选用含有Ni、Mo元素的合金钢 ,并在热处理工艺上采取相应的措施 ,可以消除或减少黑色组织。
The authors consider that there were black microstructures in the carbonitriding,because appetency between alloy elements and oxygen in the steel was greater than that between matrix metal and oxygen,which caused inner oxidation and decrease in harden ability.Black microstructure could be eliminated or deceased by choosing steel containing Ni,Mo or taking some measures in the heat treatment technique.
