铜熔池信息视觉检测和图像处理研究

摘要 建立了一个近红外CCD熔池动态信息的图像检测系统 ,用于钢表面铜熔池视觉信息的检测。应用窄带滤光技术成功地解决了强弧光干扰 ,在获取清晰的焊接熔池区图像的基础上 ,研究了焊缝熔池几何尺寸的边缘检出方法 ,获得了满意的熔池边缘特征图像。 An image detect system with near infrared CCD for monitoring the copper weld pool on the surface of steel was established .With the narrowband filter lens technology ,the disturbance of strong arc was eliminafed successfully and the clear weld pool image was obtained .Based on the clear weld pool image ,a satisfied image about the characteristic of the weld pool edge was obtained by means of the single dimension image flatness median filter ,the special image processing and the algorithm of characteristic extracting in this paper.
