摘要
应用微波消化系统对样品进行消化 ,用原子荧光光谱仪以氢化物发生法测定了动物肝脏中砷的含量 .在实验条件下 ,方法的检出限为 0 18ng/g ,线性范围为 0 0 0~ 12 0ng/ g .10次测定的RSD为 0 39%(0 36 %~ 0 4 3%) ,回收率为 96 3%~ 10 3 4 %,平均 98 8%.
A method for determination the content of arsenic in animal liver by the technology of microwave digestion and hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied.Under the conditions,the determination limit was 0.18 ng/g with the linear range of 0.00-120 ng/g.The RSD of 10 determination was 0.36%~0.43%,and the recovery rate was 98.8%(96.3%-103.4%).
