新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的CT诊断和预后评估

CT Diagnosis and Evaluation of Prognosis of Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy to the Neonate

为探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的程度与预后的关系 ,笔者收集有围产期窒息史、CT诊断为HIE的 40例患儿分别于 3个月、1岁、1岁半进行了CT复查和临床智能发育随访 .结果表明 :(1)HIE预后与CT分度密切相关 ,轻中者预后良好 ,重患者预后差 ;(2 )早产窒息儿颅内病变重 ,如脑实质弥漫性低密度灶伴有出血或脑室内出血者预后差 .

To discuss the relationship between the degree and prognesis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Forty cases of asphyxial perinatal neonates were selected,and HIE was diagnosed on CT.CT and clinical intelligence follow up were carrid out at the 3rd month,12th month and eighteenth month.The result shows:(1)Prognosis of HIE was closely related to the degree of abnormal manifestations on CT.(2)Intractanial lesions were more serious in asphyxial premature ones.If there were cerebral diffuse lesions with bleeding or bleeding in ventricles,the prognosis would be poor.
