CO_2激光联合IFN-γ局部注射治疗尖锐湿疣临床观察

摘要 探讨CO2 激光联合INF -γ局部注射对减少尖锐湿疣复发的影响 .结果治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组 (x2 =5 5 0 ,P <0 0 5 ) .表明IFN -γ是有效预防尖锐湿疣复发的免疫制剂 . Recurring influence of decreasing condylomata acuminata by local injection with CO 2 and IFN-γ.The result shows that recurring rate of treatment group is obviously lower than controlled group(χ 2=5.50,P<0.05) .The outcome indicated that IFN-γ is the effective immunity preparation on preventing recurrence of condylomata acuminata.
