摘要
应用多根螺纹针闭式穿针 ,呈类桁架型内固定治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折 46例 ,结果 :2例发生骨不连 ,(4 3% ) ;4例出现股骨头坏死 (8 7% ) .参照潘世界等人提出的方法分类 ,优 2 3例 ,良 19例 ,差 4例 ,优良率91 3% .用本方法治疗股骨颈骨折 ,内固定可靠 ,组织损伤小 ,手术时间短 ,能提高股骨颈骨折愈合率 ,降低股骨头坏死发生率 .
Used some spiral needles closed sewing and showed type frame fixed to cure femoral neck fracture 46 cases,The result shows two cases of them is not adhesion in bone,make up 4.3%,four cases is hemoral head necrosis,make up 8.7%,according to the way that Pan shi-jie proposed the best cases is 23,good cases is 19,bad cases is 4,good rate is 91.3%.The method to cure femoral neck fracture is stable,operation time is short,andenhance injured cured reduce femoral head necrosis
