摘要
按照国家药监局 (98)ZL - 86号关于国家三类新蒙药冠心舒通胶囊临床研究批件要求 ,自 1999年 5月至 2 0 0 0年 8月观察试验组 30 2例 ,对照组 130例 ,共计 432例 .在治疗胞痹心痛 (心血瘀阻证 )研究中发现该药对人体血脂和血液流变学均有一定的影响 (P <0 0 5 ) .
According to 〔(98)ZL-No.86〕official instructive document,the clinical experiment was made.From May,1999 to August,2000 observation-experiment group 302 cases,compared group 130 cases,432 cases in all.The results showed that there was a therapeutic effects of coronary heart Shutong Capsule on the blood lipid and blood rheology.
