幽门螺杆菌感染与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡及胃癌的发病关系

The Relations among Holico Bacter Pylori Infection and the Chronic Nonerosive Gastritis,the Peptic Ulcer and the Gastric Cancer

为了解幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)感染的流行病学和致病的机理在国内外研究现状 ,笔者通过查阅大量资料 ,发现国内外专家一致公认Hp感染是慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡的主要致病因子 ,是胃癌的诱发因素之一 .Hp的致病因素主要是通过分泌各种酶、内毒素以及Hp炎性介导和免疫反应引起 .由于对Hp感染现在仍然处在研究阶段 ,关于Hp流行病学、感染率、根除率 ,由于调查方法和手段不同 ,因此国内外文献报道尚不一致 。

The purpose is to find out the epidemiology of Hp,the disease mechanism and the present standard of study at home and abroad.The result is that Hp infection is not only a main factor that causes the chronic non-erosive and the peptic ulcer, but also the incentive of gastric cancer. The disease factor of Hp is to excrete all kinds of Enzyme, endotoxin and the immunization reaction of inflammation intervened. In conclusion, because the Hp is still in the process of studying the Hp epidemiology,the infection rate and the eradication rate, besides the different measures and means of inspection, the reports are not consistent at home and abroad.It needs to be explored deeply.
