采用扭体法和热板法研究玛努— 10汤的镇痛作用 ,结果表明 ,玛努— 10汤 10g kgig给药能减少扭体次数 ,延长热刺激引进疼痛反应的潜伏期 ,提示玛努—
The analgesic action of Mongolian medicine 'manu-10' extracting fluid was studied by using twisting test and hot-pained method.The results showed that the above Mongolian medicine could reduce twisting times and prolong the latent period of pain reaction in rats caused by hot stimulation.The conclution is that 'manu-10' extracting fluid has obvious analgesic effects.
