加入WTO后我国中小企业的改革与发展问题探讨

加入世界贸易组织 ,对于我国的中小企业来讲 ,机遇与挑战并存。要使中小企业取得发展 ,首先必须搞清楚它在国民经济发展当中的地位和作用 ;然后 ,根据其在实践当中所遇到的问题或矛盾 ,对症下药 ,从根本上加以治理。这样不仅有利于完善现代企业制度 ,推进中小企业的发展 ,而且有利于整个国民经济健康有序地发展。

For our medium small enterprises, joining WTO will bring chances and challenges as well, To make them developed, we, firstly, must learn about the position and role of these enterprises in the development of national economy well. Secondly, according to the problems and contradictions met by them in practice, we should take correct measures to solve and control them, Only in the way can we perfect the system of modern enterprise and advance the development of medium small enterprises and the healthy and orderly development of national economy.
