高含尘烟气电除尘器比集尘面积和电源匹配选择的探讨

摘要 为保证大型硫铁矿制酸装置净化后烟气含尘量 <0 15 g/m3,在电除尘器前不设旋风除尘器时要求除尘效率 >99 9%。探讨了影响比集尘面积的因素和选值原则 ,分析了处理高含尘烟气电除尘器应选用高阻电源或恒流电源 ,电除尘器才能获得最大功率 。 In order to ensure the dust content in the gas is less than 0.15?g/m 3 from the large scale sulfuric acid production plant ( based on pyrite) after cleaning, it requires that the cyclone deduster can not be installed if the dedusting efficiency is more than 99.9%. In this article, it probes the factors influencing the specific dust collection area and value selection principle. It shall select high resistant source or constant current source for the electrostatic dust precipitator for treating high dust content gas to obtain the maximum capacity and make the dedusting efficiency reach or close to the highest value.
