摘要
通过理论分析和模型试验 ,研究泵与泵装置特性的关系 .进出水管道水力损失占泵站净扬程的比重越大 ,泵装置最高效率点的流量越小 ,而泵装置最高效率点的扬程与最高效率点的泵段扬程基本一致 .为保证泵装置运行在高效率点 ,所选用泵的扬程应与泵站净扬程相当 ,而流量必须加大 。
Based on theoretical analysis and model tests, the relationship between pumps and pump installation performances is studied. The increase of the proportion of hydraulic losses in the pipe to the net lift of a pump station may lead to the decrease of flow rate at the best efficiency point(BEP), meanwhile the lift of the pump installation at BEP is approximately in accordance with the lift of the pump at BEP. The lift of the selected pump should match the net lift of pump station, and the flow rate should be increased to ensure that the pump installation shall run at BEP. Thus a new pump selection method of lift keep and flow rate increase is advanced.
