摘要
针对某清洁能源公司生产区P-1037、P-1055、P-1056低温压力管线的设计、安装中出现的问题,提出在低温管道设计中也存在低温低应力工况,和低温压力容器设计中的相关内容类似,在此基础上完成了对该管线的时间安全性评价,并在工程实际中得到了验证。
: With the problems existed in the design and installation of the piping working in low temperature in one production area of the clean energy com-pany, it is pointed out in this paper that the condition of low stress accompa-nied with low temperature existed in the design, which is analog with the de-sign of low temperature vessels. With this analysis, the safety assessment of the piping based on the time elapsed was carried out. The conclusion has been proved in the practice.
