摘要 开发设计了0.25m2揩膜式分子蒸馏器。通过以水代料,考察了设备的运转情况、密封性能以及除沫器分离效果 ,结果表明 :设备运行良好 ,操作压力达到0.1Pa以下,除沫器分离效率高 ,整机已达到了分子蒸馏条件 。 The scraped film molecular distiller with the volume of 0.25m2 was developed and designed.By substituting water for the content,the performance of the equipment,the property of the seal and the separating effect of the foam remover were inspected.It was shown that the performance was good,the needed operating pressure was below 0.1 Pa,the separating efficiency of the foam remover was high and the condition of molecular distillation had been meet.It is concluded that the distiller can be put into use of industries.
