摘要
加入世界贸易组织后 ,TRIMs协议将对我国汽车工业产生深刻的影响。本文从法律角度进行了分析 。
After entry to WTO, the agreement on TRIMs will exert a deep influence on the automotive industries in China. The paper states the influences from viewpoint of law and puts forward the legal countermeasures that China's automotive industries should take.
