摘要
针对辽宁柴油机厂生产的 41 0 2型发动机凸轮轴上螺旋齿轮的精度检测问题 ,设计了一台测量齿轮径向综合误差的检测装置。该装置通过测量标准齿轮与被测齿轮无侧隙啮合的中心距及其变化量 ,即可达到测量齿轮各单项误差综合结果的目的。文章主要论述了检测装置的设计及工作原理 。
A measuring device, which is used to measure gear radial composite error, is designed to solve the accuracy measuring problem of camshaft screw gear fitted into the 4102 engine produced by Liao Ning Diesel Engine Plant. The purpose of measuring all gear errors can be reached through measurement of the center distance and its variable quantity between regular type gear and measured gear as they meshes with no side play.This paper mainly introduces the design and the operating principle of this device ,and presents a detailed analysis of measuring methods and measuring items.
