摘要
本文研究了影响镍基钎料钎焊不锈钢接头性能的主要工艺参数。测量了不同条件下钎焊接头的拉伸强度 ,经对试验结果分析表明 :钎焊温度对接头的强度影响最大 ,保温时间次之 ,加热速率影响较小 ;最佳的工艺参数为 :钎焊温度 1 1 0 0℃ ,保温时间 1 0 min,加热速率 8℃ /min- 1。
Main technology parameters of effects on brazing stainless steel joints using nickel base filler metal have been studied . The pulling strength of joints on different conditions have been measured . The results suggest that brazing temperature is the primary factor that affects the strength of brazing seam. The holding time and the heating rate are the secondary and least infuential factors . The best technology parameters are brazing temperature of 1100℃ , the holding time of 10min and the heating rate of 8℃·min -1 .
