摘要
根据我国国有企业的实际状况 ,总结成功企业集团的经验和教训 ,论述了集团公司体制构建的原则、组织结构框架的设计 。
According to the actual conditions of our national enterprise, the paper sums up the successful enterprises'experiences and lessons, discusses the principles of corporation system construction and the design of construction frame, it also probes into some important questions in corporation construction.
