Acceleration of NaHCO_3 on Growth in the Culture of Platomonas subcordiforms

采用补加NaHCO3的方法对亚心形扁藻培养进行了研究。结果表明补加NaHCO3可以大大加快亚心形扁藻的生长速度,这对于水产养殖上亚心形扁藻的连续快速扩种有较好的应用价值。

Taking advantage of appending NaHCO3,this paper made a research on culture of Platomonas subcrediforms.The results showed that appending NaHCO3 could accelerate the growth speed in the cultivation of Platomonas subcrediforms.It had great commercial value for continuous rapid culture of Platomonas subcrediforms on aquaculture.
