摘要
在三个温度梯度20℃25℃30℃下以Banta培养液、小球藻和酵母等三种食物培养老年低额以探究食物与温度对老年低额种群增长的影响。结果表明以小球藻为食物时老年低额在20℃时的净生殖率R0ind.和内禀增长率rmd-1分别为188.41和0.394,25℃为156.08和0.5,30℃为93.12和0.58以Banta培养液为食物时则分别为265.19和0.401153.39和0.43699.8和0.541,以酵母为食物时则分别为65.01和0.33524.73和0.47210.56和0.311。其中内禀增长率以30℃时小球藻组最大,净生殖率以20℃时Banta培养液组最大。
The effects of food and temperature on the population dynamics of Simocephalus vetuls were studied at three temperatures of 20 ℃,25 ℃,30 ℃,fed on Banta liquid culture medium,Chlorella and yeast.The results showed that fed on Chlorella,the intrinsic rate of increase and net productive rate were 188.41and 0.394 at 20 ℃,156.08 and 0.5 at 25 ℃,93.12 and 0.58 at 30 ℃,and fed on Banta liquid medium 265.19 and 0.401 at 20 ℃,153.39 and 0.436 at 25 ℃,99.8 and 0.541at 30 ℃,and fed on yeast 65.0 and 0.335 at 20 ℃,24.73 and 0.472 at 25 ℃,10.56 and 0.311 at 30 ℃.Among them, the highest intrinsic rate of increase of Simocephalus vetuls was got at 30 ℃ fed on Chlorella and the highest net productive rate was at 20 ℃ cultured in Banta liquid culture medium.
