羊栖菜生产性育苗技术研究

Studies on Techneque of Industrial Raising Seedlings of Sargasstem fusiforme(Harvey)setch

在羊栖菜人工育苗技术研究过程中,对羊栖菜有性繁殖生物学、生殖规律进行观察、研究,在此基础上解决了羊栖菜人工育苗中的采苗技术,初步达到羊栖菜生产性育苗技术的要求。同时在开展人工苗养殖示范、推广中,取得了好于自然苗养殖产量。此外对低温保苗延迟下海暂养技术也进行了探索。

The studies were conducted to solve the collecting seedlings techneque in artificial seedlings of Sar fusiforme setch by observing and investigating its breeding biology and procreating ways,and to preliminarily come to the standard of industrial raising seedlings.At the same time,the results of the practical demonstration and extension of artificial seedlings show that the artificial seedlings were better than the natural ones.In addition,the techneque of preserving the seedlings in low temperature to delay production was probed in this paper.
