本文介绍了近年来药物分析领域中发展起来的新技术,包括高速逆流色谱技术、基质辅助激光解吸离子化质谱技术、高效毛细管电泳技术,并对其原理、特点及应用作了概述。
The new techniques of medicine analysis developed these years are introduced in this paper, including high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC), matrix assisted laser desorption ionization-mass spectrum (MALDI-ms) and high performance capillary electrophorresis (HPCE), Also the principle, characteristics and application of the new techniques are summarized.
