Bi_2O_3基电解质抗还原性测量与研究

摘要 本文对Bi_2O_3基固体电解质的抗还原性进行了测量和进一步的研究,实验发现,在Bi_2O_3-Y_2O_3系统中掺入B_2O_3,可抑制Bi_2O_3的还原,原因是B^(3+)改变了晶体中的应力状态和点缺陷的分布。本研究可促进Bi_2O_3基固体电解质的实用化。 The reducing resistance of Bi2O3-based electrolyte was measured and investigated in this paper. Doping B2O3 in Bi2O3-based electrolyte could inhibit the reducing of Ei2O3 in hydrogen atmosphere, for B3+ changed the stress condition and point defects distribution. The result will enhance the applications of BI2O3-based electrolyte.
