摘要
为了提高教师教育和培养的质量和水平 ,真正建立一种开放性的全社会共同参与的教师教育和培养的新体系 ,国家鼓励综合性大学参与教师的教育和培养。当前综合性大学参与教师的教育和培养已成为我国教师教育和培养制度改革的一个显著特点。但与此同时 ,综合性大学参与教师的教育和培养在我国毕竟属于一种新生事物 ,它们在参与教师教育和培养的过程中不可避免地会遇到一些问题和困难 ,由此 ,它们也需要国家相应的政策支持等。在本文 ,我们以云南省大理学院为个案 。
With the encouragement of the state, the involvement of universities in the education and training of teachers has become a remarkable feature in the reform of the teachers' education and training system. In the meantime, it is inevitable for the reform to meet with difficulties and problems, which demands the relevant policy support from the state. Taking Dali College as a case, this paper makes an initial analysis and discussion on the subject.
