摘要
以水为溶剂,次亚磷酸钠-过硫酸钠为引发剂,丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体合成了集膦酸基、羧酸基和磺酸基于一体的水溶性共聚物.讨论了单体配比、NaH2PO2用量、引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对共聚物性能的影响规律.研究结果表明:该共聚物具有较好的阻碳酸钙垢、磷酸钙垢和稳定锌盐沉积的能力.
The copolymer is prepared form the monomers of acrylic acid(AA) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) in water solvent,initiated by sodium hypophosphite-sodium persulfate initiators.It contains phosphonic acid,carboxylic acid and sulfonic acid groups.Many factors were discussed,including monomer composition,NaH_2PO_2 amount,initiator amount,reaction temperature,time etc.The results show that the copolymer possesses quite good effect on reducing scale depositions of CaCO_3,Ca_3(PO_4)_2 and zinc salts.
