小尺度空间土地急剧转换过程及驱动力分析——以咸宁市咸安区为例

An Analysis of the Course and Driving Forces of Rapid Land Conversion at Small Scale——A Case Study of Xian'an District of Xianning City

根据1999～2005年咸宁市咸安区土地资源调查数据,运用数理统计与定性描述相结合的方法,对该区近六年来土地转换的过程进行全面的分析,揭示小尺度空间土地急剧转换的特征及其主要驱动力.研究结果表明:(1)咸安区1999～2005年耕地、园地、未利用地面积总体减少,其中耕地急剧减少3 844.18公顷.除牧草地外其他用地有不同程度的增加,尤其是林地面积急剧增加3 855.06公顷.(2)土地转换类型多样化,耕地-林地-园地之间的转换最为密切,而且幅度最大.(3)复杂的自然生态环境是咸安区土地转换多样性的客观物质基础,基于生态建设的国家政策的实施是其土地急剧转换最主要的动力,而社会经济因素的驱动力相对显得较弱.

According to the data of investigation for land resources in 1999 to 2005,this paper uses the methods of qualitative description and quantitative analysis to analyze the land-use change in Xian'an District in the past six years,reveal the features of changes and the primary driving forces of land-use changes in the district.The findings are as following :(1) Since 1999,the total amount of cultivated land,garden plot and unused land reduced, and cultivated land sharply reduced 3844.18 hectares,but the others except grassland increased in different extent,especially woodland rapidly increased 3855.06 hectares;(2)Land conversions were diverse,and cultivated land-woodland -garden plot closely conversed in great extent;(3) Ecological environment was the basis of land conversions in the district.The driving force of the implement of ecological policy was stronger than the factors of economy and society.
