本次评选在<科技创业>2005年11月号候选人公示基础上,采取资深专家评委、传媒业内人士、公众选票三者结合的评选方式,力求达到公正、公平、公开的效果.
其评选要素指标依次为:创业者、团队、产值规模、成长性、技术项目、使命感、创业精神.其中资深的专业人士、权威专家共9人,总票数180票;传媒业内人士10人,总投票数190票;公众读者回执共12808票,总计1 3078票.而在所有的选票中,专家评委选票比重占50%;公众回执选票比重占30%;传媒业内人士选票比重占20%.根据以上原则,通过对13078封选票的认真核对、统计.
