临沂市生态城市建设初探

Study on the Construction of Eco-city in Linyi

生态城市建设已成为城市发展的趋势和方向。本文以临沂市为例,分析其生态城市建设中存在的有利因素和制约因素,并提出相应的对策:(1)因地制宜,合理布局,确立中心城区的空间发展规划;(2)加强城区基础设施的规划和建设,建立生态城市的基础支撑体系;(3)建立健全法制保障体系,加强生态城市管理体制;(4)加大宣传力度,普及生态文化,提高城市居民的生态意识。

The eco-city construction has become a direction and tendency of the city development.In this paper,the advantageous and disadvantageous factors of the eco-city construction in Linyi are analyzed and the countermeasures are proposed: First,confirming the city planning through the adjustment to local condition and rational allocation;Second,strengthening the construction of infrastructure to establish a basic support system for eco-city construction;Third,establishing the system of jural guarantee and strengthening the eco-city management;Forth,enhancing the peoples ecological consciousness by spreading abroad propaganda and popularizing ecological culture.
