Give Full Play to the Cultivation Function in Dormitory Management

过去我们对课堂管理及育人给予了更多地关注 ,在这方面投入的人力、物力都比较多 ,但对宿舍这块育人阵地在很大程度上被忽视了 ,从某种意义上讲 ,学生宿舍这块阵地更为重要。文章认为应加强学生宿舍管理 ,注重发挥其育人功能。并针对学院目前学生宿舍管理现状 。

The students' dormitory deserves more attention and efforts in the administration of universities. We used to focus on the classroom education and cultivation and ignore the dormitory culture but the author argues that dormitory management should play an important part in the healthy and all-round development of college students. He also makes some suggestions on this issue with a thorough analysis.
