金代庞葛城——齐齐哈尔建城始源之城丛说

位于今嫩江西岸,东南与齐齐哈尔市中心直距二十华里的哈拉村古城址,始建于金代。今天齐齐哈尔市的发展,即是哈拉城的历史延续。经过考证,哈拉城址为《金史》所载的庞葛城,庞葛城始建之年也是齐齐哈尔建城之年。据《金史》记载,乌古迪烈部迁至庞葛城为公元1125年。依此计算,2004年,是齐齐哈尔市建城879周年。
