中国三峡总公司依法并严格按照"三公"原则进行三峡工程的招标工作，积累了丰富的经验，取得了显著的成果。截止2001年上半年机电产品的平均节资率达到了8%，土建安装工程的节资率达到了3%。在实施招标法过程中仍有一些难点需认真对待，并在实践中不断探索。
