通海海菜花的核型研究

Studies on karyotype of Ottelia acuminata var.tonhaiensis H.Li

首次报道产于我国云南省的通海海菜花 (Otteliaacuminatavar.tonhaiensish .Li)的体细胞染色体数目和核型 ( 2n =2x =2 2 =1 8m + 2sm + 2st) .属“2B”型 ,与海菜花属 (Ottelia)的核型非常相近 。

This is article reports, for the first time, the body- celled chromosome number of the Ottelia acuminata var. tonhaiensis H. Li which g rows in Yunnan, China and sit kayo-type(2 n=2x=22=18m+2sm+2st) .The karyo-typ e bel ongs to "2B" and is very similar to that of the Ottelia. It is an important cy t ological material for further study on the systematical evolution of Ottelia, Hy drocharitaceae.
