摘要
本文针对我国近年风险投资的运作现状 ,从外部支持和内部激励两种不同视角 ,提出支持和激励我国风险投资健康良性发展的制度建设与政策措施。
From two distinct angles of view on the external support and internal encouragement, this article is mainly airmed at the present situation of development of Chinese venture investment, puts forward its system and policy measures in supporting and impelling Chinese venture investment.
