This paper deals with how to renew the knowledge of cultivating modern secretarial talents, absorb theories from various disciplines, establish innovative system of open curriculum, optimize the ability of modern secretarial talents, strengthen the training of professional skills, and set up a new system of multi-level, multi-discipline open professional curriculum.
