摘要
加入WTO对我国人力资源开发和管理产生一定的影响,这就需要对人力资源开发和管理有更高层次的认识。因此,必须适应入世后的新要求,采取有效措施,加强人力资源的开发和管理。
China's entry into the WTO will result in certain effects on human resource development and management, which demands much higher understanding of developing and managing human resources. As a result, we should meet the new requirements, take measures and strengthen development and management of human resources.
