吸引FDI主要因素的实证分析——以苏南地区为例

An Empirical Analysis of the Determinants of the Location of FDI——A Case Study of Sunan Area

近年来中国利用外资规模逐年扩大,2002年已超过美国,成为全球吸引外资最多的国家。苏南地区作为我国经济发达地区,外商直接投资也已经形成相当规模。本文通过实证的方法分析了南京、无锡、常州和苏州四个城市吸引外商直接投资的主要因素GDP水平、累计FDI规模、职工平均工资、基础设施建设和人力资源素质等,并进行了比较研究,为进一步优化外商投资环境,继续扩大利用外资规模提供了理论和政策依据。

China has become not only the largest recipient of foreign direct investment ( FDI) among all developing economies , but also the largest recipient in the world since 2002 when China excessed the United States. As one of the developed areas of China, Sunan area has attracted quite a large scale of FDI.
