System innovation and development of the private economy

民营经济作为改革开放后成长起来的新生事物,得到了长足发展,已经成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。要促进民营经济的进一步发展,必须解决民营企业的市场准入等外部环境的改善问题与民营经济内部所面临的制度创新问题。

The private economy, a newly emerged form of economy after the reform and opening policy, has become an important part of the socialist market economy. However, at present, the further development of the private enterprises requires the improving of the external environment such as solving the problem of market access and innovation of internal structure of the private economy.
