On the construction of ethics of young teachers at college

青年教师已成为21世纪高校教师队伍的主力军。青年教师队伍师德建设直接关系到21世纪教师队伍的整体素质,因此,高校在师德建设方面需加大力度,采取一系列措施,如:抓好党支部、系部和教研室的基层作用;宣传和推广师德模范;重视党员的先锋模范作用;对新走上教学岗位的青年教师实施"导师制";建立师德评价考核机制,实行师德"一票否决制"。

Young techers have formed the mainstay of the 21^(st) century teaching staff.The construction of their ethics of the teaching profession is closely connected with overall quality of the 21^(st) century teaching staff.Therefore,this construction should be reinforced by taking the following measures:giving full play to the function of the basic level of Party branches,departments,and teaching and research sections;propagating model teachers;stressing exemplary vanguard role of Party membership;carrying out 'Tutorial System'for new teachers;establishing assessment system of ethics of the teaching profession;implementing'one ticket rejecting system'concerning ethics of the teaching profession.
