普通话水平测试,是新时期推广普通话的一项新的工作。要加强高校测试站的建设和管理,制定符合普通话测试规律、特点的管理制度;加强对测试员的综合管理;加强对测试操作环节的管理;不断提高测试站管理者的素质,从而保证普通话测试质量。

Standard Chinese pronunciation test is a new task during new period of popularizing Standard Chinese pronunciation . The construction and management of college's testing center shall be strengthened in order to ensure the quality.Following measures can be adopted:the establishment of management system appropriate for Standard Chinese pronunciation , the reinforcement of the comprehensive management for the supervisors and the procedures for testing, and the improvement of the quality of the administrator,etc. to ensure its quality.
