儿童甲状腺功能亢进18例外科治疗

为探讨儿童甲状腺功能亢进 (甲亢 )的外科治疗方法 ,回顾性分析了 18例 15岁以下甲亢实施手术治疗的临床资料 .结果本组无 1例死亡 .12例经 4月～ 5年随访 ,无并发症 ,无复发 .说明儿童甲亢手术治疗是一种安全、快速、有效的方法 。

To study the treatment of children hyperthyroidism.Retrospective analysis of the 18 clinical cases data of the children hyperthyroidism under 15 years treated by surgery and was made in our hospital from 1980～2000.The results show in this series,there was no death,12 cases(66.7%)were followed-up for 4～60 months,of them,all were in good condition.Operative treatment for children hyperthyroidism is a safe,quick and effective method,but the operation indications should be good controlled and complicating disea...
