摘要
三峡工程二期上游围堰最大高度 82 .5m ,防渗墙最大高度 74m ,为确保安全防洪度汛 ,堰体埋设各类内观仪器 171件 ,1998年建成至 2 0 0 1年已安全运行 4年。坝址每年 5~ 10月为汛期 ,洪峰出现在 7~ 9月 ,工程年度防汛要求均列为重点部位。安全监控以设计指标为依据 ,在防洪度汛时段 ,拟出防汛监控警戒值 ,对防渗墙体和渗透渗压等关键项目 ,加密监控与分析预测 ,判断工程安全运行性态 ,防患于未然。
The phase-Ⅱ upstream cofferdam at the Three Gorges project has a maximum height of 82.5m with 74m high cut off walls in it,which has operated for 4 years since its completion in 1998.To ensure its safety in flood periods,totally 171 pieces of instrument were embedded in the cofferdam body.At the dam site the period from May to October is the wet season and the flood peaks generally occur in July throughout September.
