Application of Time Series Analysis in Fault Diagnosis of Vehicle Gearbox

采用时间序列方法对齿轮箱振动信号进行谱分析 ,与传统功率谱分析相比较 ,可提高故障信号谱峰的分辨率 ,将其用于齿轮箱故障诊断 ,可提高故障诊断的精度 ,并可对齿轮故障的发展趋势进行有效的预测 .

The fault diagnosis and forecast of a gearbox is studied with time series method in this paper. The vibration signals spectrum is analyzed by time series and power spectrum method. Compared with the power spectrum analysis,the time series method has good spectrum resolution. The diagnosis efficiency is improved and the fault development trend is forecast correctly.
