编辑《规范》中的几点疑问

在《中国学术期刊 (光盘版 )检索与评价资料规范》中 ,有关文献标识码、作者信息、期刊基本参数、基金项目的标注 ,笔者对有些地方的规定不理解 ,提出来以求通过讨论 ,得到解决 .

Documentsign yard,author's information,periodical basic parameter and fund projectare recorded in CAJ- CD.But in which certain content don’t been understood,so it is put forward and hoped to be solved through discussion.
