论WTO与中国旅游业

WTO & Chinese Tourism

随着 ＷＴＯ 离国人的距离愈来愈近，作为关贸总协定（ＧＡＴＴ）一项重要的相关内容──《服务贸易总协定》（ＧＡＴＳ）成为第三产业无以回避的课题。它势必对我国的旅游业产生深远影响，但总体而言利大于弊。如何平稳过渡？如何接受进入ＷＴＯ后更加激烈的竞争？本文试就以上问题提出相应观点。

With China s approach to WTO, GATS, as one important relative convention of GATT, has become the inevitable problem to our Third industry. It will bring far- reaching impacts on our Tourism industry undoubtedly, but we should say that, mostly, it s a good challenge, maybe a chance of development. How to gain a smooth transition? How to face up the more intensive competition after the entrance to WTO? They are important questions we have to deal with.
