我国资本市场应用理论的研究始终落后于资本市场的发展实践 ,而且对资本市场的许多概念和技术层面的分析技术也没有形成一个良好的培训和普及环境 ,更没有形成中国特色的股市文化 ,在《证券投资理论与实践》教学中 ,常常陷入困惑的境地 ;目前一直采用回避争议和矛盾的做法 ,股市文化与股票市场建设始终没有衔接好 。

The study on application theory of capital market in China has long left behind the development of capital market. No overall conditions have been developed appropriately for the cultivation and popularization on the analysis on various concepts and technical sections, nor formed a stock market culture characterized with Chinese features. This fact in turn causes a lot of confusion when teaching 'Theory and Practice in Stock Investment'. Unfortunately, those conflicts and paradoxes have always been deliberately overlooked in China, so gaps still exist between stock culture and stock market construction. And practices like following banker and depending on luck are still common.
