The article analyzes some legal problems involved in a case of land contract dispute. These problems include presettling the dispute about the right of using land, turnover of the right of land contract and management, and 'presenting' and inheritance. The article also discusses the weaknesses in 'Law for Rural Land Contract and Management' and the corresponding countermeasures.
