摘要
本文以金融结构理论为分析框架,以目前城市商业银行大面积重组为背景,以山东11家城市商业银行的情况为实证资料,分析了在中国经济金融转轨特定条件下的城市商业银行重组模式,应兼顾要素禀赋结构、经济结构、经济发展水平和政府发展战略,选择既能够保留信贷决策机制、又能整合非信贷资产的控(参)股制是较为合理的重组模式,这在微观上有助于城市商业银行的健康发展,在宏观上有利于银行业结构的基本稳定。
Based on the empirical study of the restructuring of 11 city commercial banks in Shangdong province , the paper analyzes the restructuring model of city commercial bank with financial structure theory in the transitional period of China s economy.
