中国股票市场经过十几年的发展,无论是从上市公司家数还是股票市价总值看都已经具备了一定的规模,本文在总结国内外有关股市发展与经济增长的关系文献资料的基础上,运用计量经济学方法分析我国股市发展与经济增长之间的因果关系,尤其是股市规模与经济增长的关系,这对研究中国股市发展尤其是股权分置改革有着积极意义。
